Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, uploaded photos, descriptions and design details, generated designs, marketing choice, and order details (including payment status and your checkout agreement). We also use a device identifier saved in your browser to track free previews and help you return to your design.

We use this information to make and deliver your design, send your design and purchase emails, provide support, manage orders and free-preview limits, and — if you opted in — send occasional marketing emails.

We use storage, AI-generation and email-delivery services to create and deliver your files. Those services process the information needed for that work. Stripe handles payments; we never see your full card number. We don't sell your information.

Our daily cleanup removes uploaded photos, original generated images and watermarked previews once they are more than 30 days old. Cleanup runs in batches, so removal may take longer. Download and preview links generally work for 7 days; a link expiring does not mean the stored file has been deleted.

The current cleanup does not automatically delete 2x upscaled paid images or reels. These files, and your name, email, design descriptions, order details and agreement records, currently have no automatic deletion deadline. You can request deletion by email.

Email flairdynamiq@gmail.com from the email you used for your design and tell us what you'd like deleted. We may need to verify the request. Some order and agreement records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or payment-dispute purposes.
