Terms & Refund Policy

A digital design (image) made by AI from your photo or description. An optional 5-second vertical reel is a short clip of your finished image with gentle motion, not a full marketing video.

You see your design before paying and can try again with more details using your free previews. Because you can review the design first, purchases are final — no refunds for style or preference.

If something goes wrong on our end — you don't receive your file, the reel fails or won't play, or the download doesn't work — email flairdynamiq@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you. This promise does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

You confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload photos of children or anything illegal or harmful. You may use your finished design for your own business and personal marketing.

Check spelling, prices, dates and details before posting. AI can make mistakes, and we're not responsible for errors you publish.
